Include the tool name, calculation version, input format, error message and the expected behavior. Remove private names and farm records. There is no published response-time guarantee.

Common fixes: select units explicitly; use timestamps with a Z or UTC offset; keep files below 5 MiB and 20,000 rows; check unique CSV headers; choose a maximum integration gap that matches your logger cadence. Unsupported documents need a structured export first.
